The Series 500 Rotherm Rotary Joint is designed for applications requiring one or two passages such as transferring steam or coolant into and out of a rotating dryer. Typical media is water, steam, or hot oil.

A spring loaded spherical carbon seal maintains sealing pressure at all conditions and compensates for angular misalignment.

Standard construction is stainless steel rotor and brass body. For special applications stainless steel construction is available. The joint is available in single passage or dual passage.
