The 8050 and 8200 series can be used for an extensive variety of process fluids such as industrial chemicals, high temperature oils, air, vacuum and more. Some of the industrial applications that the High Pressure Rotary Union, also known as a Dual Passage Rotary Joint, has been used in are hydraulics, Process Equipment, and Hose Reel applications.
All models within the 8050 and 8200 series are available with NPT or BSP Thread, Steel Rotor and Aluminum Housing and All Stainless Steel Construction is available upon your request. All of Talco, LLC Two Passage High Pressure Rotary Unions Rotary Unions are available in both American and Metric Units for your convenience.
There are various sizes that are available in stock. All sizes are CAD and RFQ Interface Enabled. If you are looking for customization, you have come to the right place. A Custom Two Passage High Pressure Rotary Union is available by speaking to one of our experienced sales representatives that will provide you with personal service and help you find the right Rotary Union for your application. /Asset/a1095.jpg
Rotary unions, sometimes also called rotary valves or rotary manifolds, are used in a variety of manufacturing and other processes to permit the flow of heat transfer media, such as Air, water, thermal and hydraulic oil, or coolant, from a stationary supply pipe to a moving part, such as a rotating drum or cylinder. The liquid or gas medium is contained within the rotary union or joint with the use of a mechanical seal and seal ring.
The 9300 Series rotary union can feature an NPT or BSP Thread, and a steel rotor and aluminum housing (or can be constructed in all stainless steel, if desired, for especially tough environments).
We at Talco are also happy to do custom work. Just give us the specifications for the special custom rotary joint or coolant union your application requires. We specialize in adapting our products to fit your machines, RPM’s, temperature ranges and pressure requirements. Contact our engineering department with your needs. /Asset/a1097.jpg
Series 8050 & 8200 Coaxial Rotary Unions
(3) Two Passage High Pressure Rotary Unions are modeled for extremely high pressures and low speed applications. Our successfully proven slipper seal construction is used in these Dual Passage models. Our slipper seal design provides higher operating pressures and a much longer service life than other competitor designs. The 8050 and 8200 series can be used for an extensive variety of process fluids such as industrial chemicals, high temperature oils, air, vacuum and more.
